A tech company wanted to sell their supply chain software (SaaS) to Japanese partners. They needed to explain how their complex logistics tools worked and why they were worth the investment, but they needed a way to communicate these high-level business ideas to Japanese stakeholders who required very specific details.
Approach/Process
I prepared by studying the language of logistics and cloud software. I translated all the presentation slides into professional Japanese and made sure I understood every feature of the product so I could explain its value clearly during the meetings.
Solution
I interpreted for the pitch meeting online. I made sure that the technical benefits of the software and the business goals of the company were communicated perfectly, allowing for a smooth and professional exchange between both sides.
Impact
My support allowed the client to present their product at a professional international standard. While the client was not able to close the deal this time, the clear communication built a foundation of trust and demonstrated that the company was fully prepared to do business in the Japanese market.
